Jeju Island
Jeju island is located south of South Korea. To get there, we had to switch from Inchon international airport to Gimpo airport to take another flight from Seoul. It takes about one hour by flight. There's alternative route which is by ferry but it'll take a lot longer.

Sea view from hill |
a street full of seafood restaurants |
at Gimnyeong beach! The water is ice cold even during summer |
Lunch break at seafood restaurant nearby Seongsan port. The main dish which is the seafood soup was nice. But I like the side dishes better! There's anchovies, rolled omelette, radish, and kimchi (must have!) |
We took the ferry to Udo Island from Seongsan port. Took about 30 minutes |
Udo translates into English is Cow Island |
ATV for rent. But one would need a Korean license to rent them. So our Malaysian license serves no purpose here T.T |
We ended up walking around the island. It was quite nice actually to walk and just enjoy the ambiance |
Since we couldn't ride the ATV, we ride horse instead :D The horses are very well trained and tame |
Now back in street in Jeju to find something to eat |
Delicious fried rice with cheese. Totally fancy the concept of sharing our meal in one big hot pan. Also, still loving the side dishes as well! |
The next day we went to Jeju Rock Museum. Not really a fan of rocks. To me, they are all just rocks. All in all, it was a very large site with lots of big rocks |
Big rocks along the way |
A volcanic rock if I'm not mistaken |
Statues made of local volcanic rocks. |
